Scaled the local leading last-mile grocery delivery app, Samokat. From 1M to 10M users and from 5 to 50 cities nationwide.
Led B2B, SaaS, White-label, and API teams for the top ticketing platform (GCC, MENA, EU, UK).
Spearheaded the transition to a self-serve SaaS model, unlocking major growth opportunities.
Introduced scalable solutions that optimised ticketing for large-scale events and ensured seamless user experiences.
Helped the company expand into new markets by leading GDPR compliance and product customisation.
Moved to the UK and launched Product Crawl.
Grew the community to over 250 members in less than 6 months.
Hosted an event that gathered over 80 attendees in the local pub.
Founded Hattl, and led it through acquisition.
Launched a B2B2C SaaS platform that combined AI and psychology-based assessments.
Drove product strategy from the ground up, scaling both B2B and B2C sides in record time.
Led Hattl through a successful acquisition.
